Newnan/Coweta Trail Plan & Implementation Strategy
In the spring of 2017, both the City of Newnan City Council and the Coweta County Commission voted unanimously to approve the LINC Master Plan. Dated May 23, 2017, it was developed by the PATH Foundation and the Kaizen Collaborative based on input from the community.
The LINC Master Plan depicts our community vision for a multi-use trail system that serves to “repurpose some of the public rights-of-way and greenspace to create safe and enjoyable spaces for walking, biking, and socializing in Newnan/Coweta.
